When your health can’t wait, our same day service is here for you. We offer quick patient-centric care to meet your medical needs promptly.

What works today, works today. We work to address your medical concerns the same day that you contact us. Whether you need a consultation with a general practitioner or a nurse practitioner, a repeat prescription, or a medical certificate, we ensure your needs are met swiftly.

How it works

1. Contact us on 03 365 3659. Call our team and let them know that you need a same day appointment with one of our Christchurch doctors or NPs. We will need your full contact details for this.
2. Our dedicated team will assess your urgent health needs over the phone. We will discuss if the issue can be resolved over the phone or if you need to come in to see the GP or NP for an urgent appointment.
3. Our doctor or NP will see you at our general practice clinic.

The service is available to both existing and new patients. We also accept new enrolments for casual patients who decide to enrol with us.

It is also ideal for those who can’t see their usual GP within their desired timeframe.

Please note that we currently unable to offer walk-in services. This is to ensure we can effectively plan and accommodate all appointments based on staff schedules. Please book in advance by phone, even for same-day appointments.
