Our story and the values that drive us as a team
Phoenix Healthcare’s story begins in 2018, when our founders realised access to quality home and community support services could be better. The Phoenix signifies strength, determination, passion, resilience and compassion. These attributes underpin our service delivery approach and the qualities we look for in our people.
From humble beginnings, Phoenix Healthcare has risen from the garage to the innovative health provider we are today. Offering a range of quality services, we’re proud to walk alongside our clients and funders to ensure accessible healthcare services and better health outcomes for the people of Waitaha/ Canterbury, our community.
Our values drive our behaviour and decisions.
