A key part of the recruitment process is determining applicant ‘fit for the role’, including if a prospective employee is able to meet the medical or physical demands of the role or industry. Phoenix can work with you to determine the physical demands of the role and your workplace, and can offer a standardised or tailored Pre-employment Health Assessments and Functional Assessments to meet your needs.

Our highly experienced Occupational Health team will take all prospective employees through the assessment process, then create a comprehensive report with findings, recommendations and considerations about their physical capacity to meet the demands of the role.

Pre-employment Health Assessments are also beneficial for establishing baseline health data and identify any pre-existing health issues that may be impacted by hazards or exposures in your work environment.
