• We are unable to do tasks that involve heavy lifting because they pose an increased risk of harm per ACC guidelines
• Unable to use brooms or heavy equipment for overhead cleaning (instead, we use lightweight and purpose-designed cleaning tools)
• No outdoor or garden care to reduce the risk of infection. Pet care to be approved in advance
• We do not clean windows, but dusting window surrounds if it is included in the care plan
• We cannot provide interior oven cleaning and spot cleaning or carpets
